Who we are

Digivise is a digital transformation and change management practice founded by Laura Hall-Williams. We are responsible for the personal information described in this notice. You can contact us at info@digivise.co.

What we collect

When you use our enquiry form or email us, we collect your first and last name, email address, the area you are interested in and anything you include in your message. We do not use this website to collect sensitive personal information.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry and, if you go on to work with us, to manage that relationship. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We will not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

Our website is hosted by Netlify and our enquiry form is provided by Wix. Both process data on our behalf. Some of this processing may take place outside the UK, with appropriate safeguards in place. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months unless they lead to a working relationship. In that case, we keep records for as long as needed for that work and to meet our legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
